We act as an advisory and coordination partner. Legal advice, tax advice, and notarial services are provided exclusively by independent, licensed professionals (lawyers, tax advisers, notaries) with whom we cooperate. No binding legal or tax advice is given by SpainCashflow.

3. No Investment Advice

Information provided on this website or during consultations regarding property markets, yields, or price developments is of a general nature and does not constitute financial or investment advice within the meaning of applicable securities regulations. Investment decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion.

4. Engagement and Fees

A binding engagement is formed only by a written agreement between you and SpainCashflow, which sets out the scope of services, fees, and payment terms. Consultations prior to such an agreement are non-binding for both parties unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Fees, commissions, and payment schedules are stated in the individual service agreement. All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes (IGIC/VAT) unless stated otherwise.
